What is Reiki Healing?
Reiki healing is the channelling of universal healing energies through my hands to the recipient. It enables the animals own natural resources to deal with illness or injury in the best possible way. The name Reiki, pronounced ''Ray-key'', comes from the Japanese words ''rei'' meaning spirit, and ''ki'' meaning energy. Translated this means ''universal life energy''. As a Reiki Master I work with the energy healing system developed by Mikao Usui.
Positive Effects:
Healing is a natural therapy and is complementary to other therapies as well as prescription medicines. There are no side effects because it is completely natural, working in harmony with the animals body.
Healing Methods:
Home Visit: To help the animal feel safe and relaxed I can give the reiki treatment in the comfort of your home, where Reiki healing can be channelled directly to the physical body of an animal. Animals absorb the energy a lot easier than humans because they are much more in tune with energy than we are.
Distant: This is also very effective. In a similar way to receiving a distant animal communication I connect with the animal energetically by looking at their photograph and focus on channelling healing energy. I believe there are great benefits to working with each animal individually. I favour 1-2-1 connection and focus.
As a complementary therapist I work very closely with the veterinary fraternity in a holistic approach for the highest good of all animals. If you are in any doubt about the welfare of your animal(s) please consult a trusted vet first. You will be asked to complete a vet authorisation form before hands-on healing can take place.

Each healing sessions lasts for approximately 30 minutes. Pea works with one animal at at time so the animal benefits from having this healing space held just for them.
